Banana-Oatmeal Cookies - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 c. all-purpose flour
    1 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. baking soda
    1/2 tsp. nutmeg
    3/4 tsp. cinnamon
    3/4 c. soft margarine
    1 c. sugar
    1 egg
    1 1/2 c. mashed ripe bananas (3 to 4 small bananas)
    1 tsp. vanilla extract
    1 1/2 c. raw quick-cooking oats
Preparation
    Sift flour with salt, soda, nutmeg and cinnamon.
    In a large bowl, beat margarine, sugar and egg until fluffy.
    Beat in bananas and vanilla until smooth.
    Gradually stir in flour mixture and oats until well combined.
    Refrigerate dough for 30 minutes.
