Hash Brown Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 stick oleo
1 (2 lb.) pkg. hash browns (frozen potatoes)
1/4 c. chopped onion
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 c. sour cream
2 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
potato chips
Preparation

Mix all ingredients together except potato chips.
Bake in casserole dish at 375\u00b0 for 1 hour. Crumble potato chips over baked casserole. Return to oven for 15 minutes or until brown on top.
