Mom Schroeder'S Rice Pudding - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/3 c. rice
    1 qt. milk
    1 can evaporated milk
    1 can water
    pinch of salt
    1 c. sugar
    nutmeg and vanilla to taste
Preparation
    Mix together all ingredients.
    Pour into ovenproof baking bowl. Bake at 350\u00b0.
    Skin will form on top.
    Turn the skin under, repeating for a total of 4 times.
    Leave the fifth skin (this should take about 1 hour).
