Diet Salad Dressing - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 Tbsp. flour
1 egg
3 Tbsp. sugar
1 tsp. dry mustard
3/4 c. milk
1 tsp. butter (optional)
1 c. vinegar
1/2 tsp. salt
Preparation

Mix first 2 ingredients together and set aside.
Mix sugar, mustard, vinegar, salt and butter together.
Stir together with first mixture.
Cook over slow flame, stirring constantly.
When thick, gradually add milk and continue to cook mixture.
When slightly thickened, remove from heat.
If mixture becomes lumpy, you may strain and store in pint jar in refrigerator until needed.
