Angel Corn Muffins - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. self-rising meal
    1 c. self-rising flour
    1 pkg. yeast
    1 tsp. sugar
    1/2 tsp. soda
    2 eggs, beaten
    1/2 c. oil
    1 1/2 c. buttermilk
Preparation
    Mix dry ingredients together.
    Add eggs, oil and buttermilk. Bake in greased muffin pans, 12 to 15 minutes at 450\u00b0.
