Shepherd'S Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 lb. ground beef
    1 minced onion
    favorite vegetables (carrots, green beans, peas)
    buttered mashed potatoes
    grated cheese
Preparation
    In a skillet, brown the beef and onion.
    Place the mixture in the bottom of casserole dish.
    Add the vegetables next and cover with mashed potatoes.
    Top with grated cheese, if desired.
    Bake in a 350\u00b0 oven until warmed through and the top is browned. Serves 4 to 6.
