Pepper Relish - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 lb. cleaned and seeded green and red peppers
    3 lb. skinned onions
    1 lb. cabbage
    2 1/2 lb. sugar
    2 Tbsp. mustard seed
    2 Tbsp. celery seed
    2 Tbsp. salt
    1 qt. vinegar
Preparation
    Grind peppers, onions and cabbage together. Put in kettle and cover with boiling water.
    Let stand 5 minutes.
    Drain and add other ingredients.
    Boil about 30 minutes.
    Put in jars and seal. Makes about 8 pints.
