Meringue Cookies - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 egg whites
3/4 c. sugar
drop of vanilla
pinch of salt
12 oz. chocolate chips
Preparation

Preheat oven to 400\u00b0.
Grease lightly 2 cookie sheets.
Beat egg whites stiff; slowly add sugar, salt and vanilla.
Then fold in chocolate chips.
Place small spoonfuls on cookie sheet 5 across in 8 rows.
Place pan in oven.
Shut off heat and leave overnight.
Makes about 80 cookies.
