Leg Of Lamb - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 leg of lamb (3 to 4 lb.)
    5 garlic cloves, minced
    1 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. pepper
    1/4 tsp. thyme, ground
    1/4 tsp. garlic powder
    1/4 c. flour
Preparation
    Cut five slits in meat.
    Insert garlic.
    Combine salt, pepper, thyme and garlic powder.
    Rub over meat.
    Place on rack in roasting pan.
    Broil 5 to 6 inches from heat until browned.
    Turn and brown other side.
    Set oven at 350\u00b0.
