Salsa Chicken(Low-Fat) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    boneless/skinless chicken breasts or tenders
    1 jar salsa
Preparation
    Lightly brown chicken in frying pan with nonstick spray on medium to medium-high heat.
    Turn down to simmer and add 1 jar of salsa (choose degree of spiciness desired).
    Simmer in covered pan for 30 minutes.
    Serve with plain or Spanish rice and a salad.
