Chicken On Linguini - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 chicken breast fillets
    olive oil
    1 (28 oz.) can diced tomatoes
    1/2 c. white wine
    1 1/2 tsp. basil leaves
    1/8 tsp. pepper
    1 clove garlic, pressed
    1/3 c. chopped parsley
    1 lb. cooked linguini
Preparation
    Slice chicken breasts into 1/4-inch pieces.
    Saute chicken in small amount of olive oil 5 to 10 minutes.
    Add tomatoes, wine and seasonings, except parsley.
    Cover and cook over medium heat until chicken is cooked through (8 to 12 minutes).
    Spoon over linguini and sprinkle with parsley.
    Serve with Parmesan cheese.
    Serves 4.
