Impossible Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 whole eggs
    1/2 c. flour
    1/2 c. sugar
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1 stick oleo/butter
    2 c. milk
    1 c. flaked coconut
    pinch of salt
Preparation
    Put all ingredients into a blender and blend until thoroughly mixed.
    Pour into a greased and floured 10-inch pie pan. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour or until knife comes out clean when inserted in center of pie. This pie provides its own crust, coconut custard filling and coconut topping.
