Beef Stroganoff - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 lb. beef tenderloin
    butter
    1 onion, minced
    1/2 lb. mushrooms, sliced
    2 tsp. dry mustard
    1 1/2 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    beef broth
    1 Tbsp. all-purpose flour
    1 c. sour cream
Preparation
    Cut meat in 1/2 x 2-inch pieces and brown.
    Cook ingredients over medium heat for 5 minutes.
    Then add broth and stir flour into skillet to make gravy.
    Stir cream into meat.
    Cook for 45 minutes before serving.
