Scalloped Potatoes - cooking recipe

4 c. thinly sliced potatoes
1/4 c. minced onion
3 Tbsp. flour
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1/4 c. butter
2 1/2 c. hot milk
Preparation

Heat oven to 350\u00b0.
Arrange potatoes in four layers in 2-quart casserole.
Sprinkle the first three layers with 1 tablespoon onion, 1 tablespoon flour, 1/4 teaspoon salt and dash of pepper. Sprinkle last layer with remaining onion, salt and pepper; dot with butter.
Pour hot milk over potatoes and bake, covered, 30 minutes.
Bake, uncovered, 60 minutes longer.
