Soft Taco Shells(Tortillas) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. flour
    1 c. corn meal
    1/2 tsp. salt
    4 eggs, beaten
    2 Tbsp. oil
    2 to 2 1/2 c. water
Preparation
    Combine flour, cornmeal and salt in a bowl.
    Combine beaten eggs with oil and 1 1/2 cups water and pour gradually into dry ingredients to prevent lumping.
    Thin to desired consistency, using more water, if necessary.
