Blueberry Pancakes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 egg
    1 1/4 c. milk
    2 Tbsp. vegetable oil or melted margarine
    1 1/4 c. sifted flour
    1 tsp. sugar
    2 tsp. baking powder
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/2 c. blueberries
Preparation
    Beat egg well.
    Beat in remaining ingredients in order given: milk, vegetable oil or margarine, flour, sugar, baking powder and salt.
    Fold in 1/2 cup drained fresh or frozen blueberries.
    Bake on a hot griddle.
    Makes twelve 4-inch pancakes.
