Sausage-Vegetable Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 1/2 c. water
2/3 c. milk
1 (5 1/2 oz.) pkg. dry scalloped potato mix
1 lb. fully-cooked smoked sausage or polish sausage, cut into 1/2-inch slices
1 (16 oz.) pkg. frozen vegetables
1 small onion, finely chopped
Preparation

In a 3-quart microwave-safe casserole, stir together water, milk and sauce packet from potato mix.
Add potato slices, sausage, vegetables and onion.
Microcook, covered, on High for 32 to 34 minutes, or until mixture is heated through and slightly thickened, stirring every 5 minutes.
Makes 4 to 6 servings.
