Upside-Down German Chocolate Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 Pillsbury German cake mix
    1 c. coconut
    1 c. chopped nuts
    1 stick margarine
    8 oz. cream cheese
    1 box powdered sugar
    2 tsp. vanilla
Preparation
    Grease a 9 x 13-inch pan.
    Sprinkle coconut and nuts over bottom of pan.
    Mix cake mix as directed.
    Add 1 teaspoon of vanilla.
    Spoon over coconut and nuts.
    Melt margarine; add cream cheese and powdered sugar.
    Spread on top.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 35 to 40 minutes.
    Cool completely.
    Turn upside down.
