Gooey Butter Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 egg
1 box yellow cake mix
1 stick butter or oleo
1 c. chopped nuts
1 box powdered sugar
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
2 eggs

Preparation

Mix first 4 ingredients together with hands until crumbly.
Put in 9 x 12-inch pan.
Mix remaining ingredients together.
Pour over mixture.
Bake 35 to 40 minutes at 350\u00b0.
Let cool and cut in squares.
Real good, but rich.
