Spinach-Spaghetti Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen spinach
8 oz. thin spaghetti
1 pt. sour cream
1 lb. Monterey Jack cheese, grated
1 1/2 Tbsp. minced onion
salt and pepper
Preparation

Chop, thaw and drain spinach.
Break, cook and drain spaghetti.
Mix all ingredients well.
Bake, covered, in casserole at 350\u00b0 for 40 minutes.
This recipe may be cut in half and can be made the day before.
Good with all meats, fish or fowl.
