Curried Cabbage And Carrots - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. (1/2 lb.) cabbage, coarsely chopped
    1/2 c. shredded carrots
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. curry powder
    1/8 tsp. mustard seed
    1/4 c. water
    1 1/2 tsp. oleo or butter
Preparation
    In a medium skillet, combine all ingredients.
    Cover; cook until crisp-tender (about 6 to 8 minutes), stirring occasionally. Makes 3 (1 1/2-cup) servings.
