Rhubarb Cobbler - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 to 4 c. diced rhubarb
    1 c. sugar
    1 Tbsp. butter
    1 egg
    1 c. sugar
    1/2 c. butter
    1/2 c. milk
    1 c. flour
    1 tsp. baking powder
    1/2 tsp. salt
Preparation
    Place first 3 ingredients in a 9 x 9-inch cake pan or baking dish.
    Mix all other ingredients together and pour over top of rhubarb mixture.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 50 to 60 minutes.
