Seashell Dandy Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

8 oz. (3 1/2 to 4 c.) Mueller's seashell macaroni
1/2 c. mayonnaise
1 Tbsp. lemon juice
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. sugar
1/4 tsp. celery seed
1 tomato, diced
1 c. diced celery
3 Tbsp. chopped pimiento
2 Tbsp. chopped green pepper
salad greens
radish roses
Preparation

Cook macaroni as directed; drain.
Rinse with cold water; drain again.
Mix mayonnaise with lemon juice, salt and sugar. Combine with macaroni, celery seed, tomato, celery, pimiento and green pepper.
Serve on salad greens; garnish with radish roses. Makes 6 to 8 servings.
