Hot Artichoke Dip - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (13 1/4 oz.) can artichoke hearts
    1/2 c. nonfat mayonnaise
    1/2 c. light sour cream
    1 c. grated fresh Parmesan cheese
Preparation
    Rinse artichokes in cold water; drain, then mash.
    Stir in remaining ingredients until thoroughly blended.
    Spread in 9-inch pie dish; bake in 350\u00b0 oven, 30 minutes or until hot throughout. Serve with Melba toast or wafers.
