Apple Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    10 to 12 apples, cut in chunks (leave peel on a few to give color)
    1 can pineapple, (chunks or tidbits), drained
    1/2 lb. mild cheese in bite-size pieces
    1/2 box raisins
    3/4 c. sugar
    1/2 c. flour
Preparation
    Mix first 4 ingredients together and make sauce.
    Mix sugar and flour with juice from pineapple.
    Boil until thick.
    Let cool and mix with fruit.
