Cranberry Juice - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. cranberries
    1 c. water
    sugar to taste
Preparation
    For every cup of berries, add 1 cup of water.
    Bring to a boil in a stainless steel or enamel pot; cook until berries burst. Strain through jelly bag or several layers of cheesecloth.
    Boil juice for 1 minute.
    Add sugar to taste, if desired.
    If sugar is used, boil 5 minutes longer.
    Freeze or can.
