*Mama'S Muffins - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (15 oz.) box Raisin Bran flakes cereal
    3 c. sugar
    5 c. flour
    5 tsp. baking soda
    2 tsp. salt
    1 c. melted margarine or vegetable oil
    4 eggs, beaten
    1 qt. buttermilk
Preparation
    Mix dry ingredients.
    Add eggs, buttermilk and oil.
    Mix until dry ingredients are moist.
    Fill muffin tins 2/3 full and bake in a 400\u00b0 oven for 15 to 20 minutes.
    This batter will keep for 6 weeks in a covered mixing bowl, placed in the refrigerator.
    Great for breakfast.
