Spinach Souffle - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 boxes frozen spinach
    2 eggs
    1 c. cottage cheese
    1 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
    1/2 tsp. pepper
    1/2 c. onions, sauteed
Preparation
    Thaw spinach and squeeze out excess water.
    Mix spinach in bowl with eggs, cheeses, pepper and onions.
    Spray 1-quart casserole with Pam and pour in mixture.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 25 minutes.
