Joke Dessert - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    50 crushed Ritz crackers
    1 stick melted margarine
    2 pkg. instant pistachio pudding
    1 1/2 c. milk
    1 qt. vanilla ice cream, slightly softened
    9 oz. Cool Whip
    1/2 c. toasted coconut
Preparation
    Mix margarine and crackers and press into 9 x 13-inch Pyrex pan.
    Bake at 325\u00b0 for 10 minutes, cool.
    Mix pudding with milk until thick.
    Add ice cream a little at a time.
    Pour over crumbs. Frost with Cool Whip and sprinkle with the coconut.
