Chocolate Sheet Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients

2 c. flour
2 c. sugar
2 sticks butter
1/2 c. shortening or oil
8 tsp. cocoa
1 c. water
1 c. buttermilk
2 eggs, beaten
1 tsp. soda
2 tsp. vanilla
6 tsp. milk
1 box powdered sugar
2/3 c. pecans

Preparation

Sift together flour and sugar.
Mix and boil 1 stick butter, shortening, 4 teaspoons cocoa and water, then add buttermilk, eggs, soda and vanilla.
Pour over dry ingredients and mix well. Bake in an 11 x 17 pan at 375\u00b0 for 15 minutes.
