Pie Crust - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 c. flour
    1 tsp. salt
    2 tsp. baking powder
    1 Tbsp. sugar
    1 3/4 c. shortening
    1/3 c. cooking oil
    1 beaten egg
    1 Tbsp. vinegar
    1/2 c. cold water
Preparation
    Blend all dry ingredients with shortening and oil.
    Add beaten egg, vinegar and water.
    Mix.
    Roll into crust and shape in pie pan.
    Will make 3 or 4 crusts.
    Will keep in refrigerator several days.
    Bake at 400\u00b0 until golden brown.
