Mexican Cornbread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. plain yellow cornmeal
1 c. milk
2 eggs
1 can creamed corn
3/4 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. soda
1/3 c. oil
1/2 lb. cheese (Kraft mild)
1 lb. ground meat
1 large onion
2 jalapeno peppers
Preparation

Mix all dry ingredients together in bowl.
Add milk, eggs, corn and oil, mixing well.
Brown meat, onion and peppers and drain.
Add ground meat mixture to cornbread mix.
Then add grated cheese and mix well.
Pour into pan (9 x 13-inch).
Place into 350\u00b0 oven for 45 minutes to 1 hour.
