Ingredients

1/2 c. vinegar
1/3 c. beet liquid
1 Tbsp. cornstarch
1 tsp. salt
1/2 c. sugar
2 Tbsp. butter
3 c. sliced cooked beets
Preparation

Combine vinegar, beet liquid, cornstarch, salt and sugar. Cook over medium heat until clear and thickened, stirring constantly.
Add butter and sliced, cooked beets.
Simmer 5 minutes.
