Sausage And Egg Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 eggs
    6 slices bread
    1 lb. cooked sausage
    1/3 c. sour cream
    1 c. grated cheese
    1/3 c. milk
    2 small cans green chilies
    salt and pepper, if desired
Preparation
    Beat eggs.
    Add milk, sour cream, salt, pepper, green chilies and cooked sausage.
    Add cheese.
    Mix well.
    Butter trimmed bread slices.
    Place in 9 x 13-inch pan, buttered side down.
    Pour egg mixture over bread.
    Best if made night before.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes to 1 hour.
