Zucchini Bread - cooking recipe

2 c. sugar (can be 1 c.)
1 c. vegetable oil
1 tsp. vanilla extract
1 Tbsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. salt (optional)
1 1/2 tsp. ginger
3 c. presifted flour
3 c. unpared zucchini (2 medium size)
1 c. walnuts, ground
Preparation

Line bottom of six 5 1/2 x 3 x 2 1/4-inch loaf pans with wax paper or grease.
