Peggy'S Swedish Meatballs - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3/4 lb. lean ground beef
    1/2 lb. ground veal
    1/4 lb. ground pork
    1 1/2 c. soft bread crumbs
    1 c. light cream
    1/2 c. chopped onion, cooked until tender
    1 Tbsp. butter
    1 egg
    1/4 c. snipped parsley
    1 1/4 tsp. salt
    dash of pepper, ginger and nutmeg
    2 Tbsp. butter
Preparation
    Grind together the beef, veal and pork twice.
    Soak the bread crumbs in cream for 5 minutes.
    Mix meats, crumb mixture, onion, egg, parsley, salt, pepper, ginger and nutmeg.
    Beat 5 minutes at medium speed.
    Shape into small balls.
    Brown in 2 tablespoons of butter.
    Prepare Swedish Meatball Gravy.
