Spaghetti Carbonara - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. spaghetti noodles
    1/4 lb. Prosciutto ham
    8 oz. heavy whipping cream, at room temperature
    2 eggs, at room temperature
    1/2 c. grated Parmesan cheese
    1/2 c. grated Locatelli cheese
    2 tsp. parsley
Preparation
    Cook the pasta al dente.
    Cut ham into small pieces; brown in frying pan with a small amount of olive oil.
    Make sure the heavy whipping cream and eggs are at room temperature.
    Beat eggs until smooth in a large mixing bowl.
    Mix all the ingredients together. Serve while hot.
