White Chili - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 Tbsp. oil
1 onion, chopped
1 clove garlic, minced
1 tsp. cumin
2 whole chicken breasts, cut into small cubes
1 (16 oz.) can white kidney beans (cannellini), drained
1 (15 1/2 to 19 oz.) can garbanzo beans, drained
1 (12 oz.) can whole corn
2 (4 oz.) cans chopped green chilies
2 chicken bouillon cubes
hot pepper sauce
parsley sprigs
1/4 lb. shredded Monterey Jack cheese
Preparation

Saute in oil the onion, garlic and cumin until tender.
Into a 2 1/2-quart casserole, combine onion mixture with chicken, beans, corn, chilies and bouillon.
Add 1 1/2 cups water.
Cover.
Bake 50 to 60 minutes at 350\u00b0.
Stir in hot pepper sauce and top with cheese.
