Ingredients

3 eggs
1 c. sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
1/4 c. buttermilk
1/4 c. margarine
1 c. finely grated coconut
pastry for 9-inch pie
Preparation

Preheat oven to 325\u00b0.
Whip eggs until fluffy.
Add sugar, vanilla, milk, margarine and coconut.
Pour in pie shell and bake until golden brown, about 45 minutes.
Serves 6 to 8.
