Ingredients

boneless round steak
shortening
meat tenderizer
garlic powder
Italian seasoning
grated Parmesan cheese
dried parsley flakes
Preparation
-
Brown round steak in shortening.
Liberally sprinkle one side of steak with remaining ingredients.
Roll steak up with seasoning side in and tie with string.
Put in a covered dish and refrigerate overnight.
Prepare sauce for cooking the next day.
