Steak With Garlic-Wasabi Sauce - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. chicken broth
    1 c. beef broth
    1/2 c. chopped onion
    1/2 c. chopped tomato
    1/4 c. chopped peeled apple
    1/4 c. chopped carrot
    1/4 c. chopped celery
    1 Tbsp. soy sauce
    3 garlic cloves, chopped
    1 tsp. tomato paste
    5 tsp. wasabi powder, dissolved in 5 tsp. water
    1/2 c. fresh bread crumbs
    2 Tbsp. chopped parsley
    2 garlic cloves, minced
    7 Tbsp. butter
    2 medium onions, thinly sliced
    4 (8 oz.) tenderloin steaks
Preparation
    For Sauce:
    Combine broths, 1/2 cup chopped onion, tomato, apple, carrot, celery, soy sauce, 3 chopped garlic cloves and tomato paste in pan.
    Bring to boil.
    Reduce heat.
    Cover and simmer 1 hour.
    Strain into medium pan.
    Boil until reduced to 1/2 cup.
    Stir in wasabi mixture.
