Apple Crumb Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (9-inch) pie shell
    5 to 7 tart apples, peeled, cored and cut in 8ths (5 c.)
    1/2 c. sugar
    3/4 tsp. ground cinnamon
    3/4 c. all-purpose flour
    1/3 c. sugar
    6 Tbsp. butter or margarine
Preparation
    Line a 9-inch pie plate with pastry.
    Arrange apples in unbaked pie shell.
    Mix the 1/2 cup of sugar and cinnamon; sprinkle over apples.
    Mix flour with the 1/3 cup of sugar; cut in butter until crumbly.
    Sprinkle over apples.
    Bake at 400\u00b0 for 35 to 40 minutes or until done.
    If pie browns too quickly, cover edge with foil.
    Cool and serve.
