Potato Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. new potatoes
    2 stalks green onions to taste
    Sprike seasoning to taste
    1/2 c. fine chopped celery
    3/4 to 1 c. mayonnaise
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 pinch of thyme
    1 tsp. Dijon mustard
Preparation
    Mix dry ingredients together and wet ingredients together. Fold over.
    Good with steamed greens.
