Italian Squash - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 summer squash, cut in small pieces
1 tomato, cut in small pieces
1 onion, chopped fine
2 Tbsp. olive oil
1 Tbsp. margarine
1 level tsp. garlic powder
1 level tsp. dried basil
1 level tsp. Italian seasoning
salt and pepper to taste (add while cooking)
Preparation

Place the olive oil and margarine in a frying pan on low heat. Add the squash, tomato and onion with the seasonings and spices. Cook in the covered frying pan on low heat for about 20 minutes or until soft.
Serve immediately.
