Mashed Potato Bake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    10 large potatoes
    1 c. sour cream
    1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
    1/2 c. butter or margarine
    dash of garlic powder
    salt to taste
    pepper to taste
    milk (optional)
Preparation
    Cook, drain and mash potatoes.
    Beat cream cheese until smooth.
    Add potatoes and all other ingredients and mix together thoroughly.
    If too thick, add a little milk and beat.
    Put into buttered 2-quart casserole dish.
    Dot top with butter.
    Cook, uncovered, for 30 minutes at 350\u00b0.
    You can prepare beforehand and keep in refrigerator until ready to bake.
