Chicken Tetrazzini - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (8 oz.) pkg. spaghetti
    1 (3 to 4 lb.) chicken or hen
    1 stalk celery, sliced
    2 carrots, sliced
    1 onion, quartered
    1 onion, diced
    1 green pepper, diced
    1 can mushrooms
    1 small jar pimentos, diced
    2 cans mushroom soup
    1 lb. grated Cheddar cheese
Preparation
    Cook chicken with celery, carrots and quartered onion. (This can be done the day before.) Debone the chicken and dice. Cook the spaghetti as directed on the package. Combine 1 1/2 cups broth and the diced chicken, diced onion, diced pepper, mushrooms, pimento, 2 cans mushroom soup and 1/2 the grated cheese. Mix well and put into large greased baking dish; sprinkle with remaining cheese and bake for 45 minutes at 350\u00b0. This will feed several.
