Sweet Potato Muffins - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 Tbsp. brown sugar, packed
    1 tsp. ground cinnamon
    1 1/2 c. all-purpose flour
    2 tsp. baking powder
    1 tsp. ground cinnamon
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. baking soda
    1/2 tsp. allspice
    1/3 c. packed brown sugar
    1 c. canned sweet potatoes, mashed
    3/4 c. buttermilk
    1/4 c. vegetable oil
    1 egg, beaten
Preparation
    Preheat 425\u00b0 oven.
    Grease 12 muffin cups.
    Combine 2 tablespoons brown sugar and 1 teaspoon cinnamon.
    Set aside.
    Sift next 6 ingredients in large bowl.
    Stir in 1/3 cup brown sugar. Combine sweet potatoes, buttermilk, egg and oil.
    Stir into dry mixture until just combined.
    Fill muffin tins 2/3 full.
    Sprinkle with cinnamon mixture.
    Bake 14 to 16 minutes.
