Family Fish Loaf - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    20 oz. cooked flaked fish (halibut is great)
    2 eggs, beaten
    1 c. tomato sauce
    2 tsp. onion flakes, soaked in water
    1/2 c. bread crumbs
Preparation
    Combine all ingredients. Shape into loaf and bake at 350\u00b0 for 20 minutes. Cover with a low-fat tartar sauce for the last 5 minutes. Serve with vegetables from your garden.
