Green And Gold Potato Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 or 4 large potatoes
    2 large onions
    3 Tbsp. butter
    1 1/2 c. hot water
    2 tsp. chicken bouillon granules
    1/4 c. shredded sharp Cheddar
    1 tsp. minced parsley
Preparation
    Peel and slice potatoes and onions.
    Layer in 2-quart microwaveable casserole.
    Dot butter on top.
    Then pour over the hot water mixed with the chicken bouillon.
    Cover.
    Microwave at High 17 to 20 minutes until potatoes are tender, stirring after 10 minutes.
    Uncover casserole.
    Sprinkle with cheese and parsley. Microwave at High 1/2 to 1 minute, uncovered, or until cheese melts.
