California Marinade Sauce - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. salad oil
3/4 c. soy sauce
1/2 c. lemon juice
1/4 c. Worcestershire sauce
1/4 c. prepared mustard
2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. coarse ground pepper
2 cloves garlic, minced
Preparation

Mix all together.
Use cubed beef round loin tip roast. Refrigerate 24 to 36 hours so meat will be tenderized.
Fill skewers alternating with green pepper strips, onions, mushrooms or any tidbits one chooses.
Broil over hot coals, brushing often with sauce.
Turn skewers often on grill.
Cooks rather quickly.
